At Hunter Industrial Fans, we stand behind the quality of our high-performance air movement solutions. If your industrial fan does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our industrial support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Disassemble the fan and place all components, including hardware and manuals, into the original heavy-duty shipping crates to prevent transit damage.
Shipping and Logistics
Affix the provided shipping labels to the exterior of the crate and schedule a freight pickup or drop off the package at an authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
